We will provide you our recommendations for your home from our wide range of services. Otherwise, tell us exactly what you’re looking for and we’ll do what you’d like us to do for you.

Together we will tailor your home cleaning for your specific requests, and you will be provided with a copy. The estimate is non-obligatory and completely free! Please review this email to verify all the information is correct.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts to sign. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not! It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we’ll take care of everything!

When will I be charged?

When you book online or via phone, we ask for your credit card number to hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until we have finished your cleaning service. If you sign up for recurring service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning is complete.

Are there any services you don’t offer?

While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean mold, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.

 Will I always have the same house cleaner?

We want you to enjoy the kind of continuity in your service that allows you to never think twice about it. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.

Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.

What is your cancellation policy?

We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 3 hours, or with the cleaner there, or we are locked out, there is a $50 fee.

What if something is my home gets damaged?

In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. We are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.

Do you guarantee your work?


Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within the same day of the cleaning and we will correct it for free, or give you a full credit on your next clean. If you contact us after 12 hours, we will offer you half credit on your next clean.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Simply call our office prior to your cleaning day. Most of our maid service offices require a minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule your house cleaning, however this notification window varies.

Unlike the airlines, we do not overbook our schedule. So, if you need to reschedule a cleaning without proper notice, we will not have enough opportunity to fill our crew’s schedule. This decreases the maids’ pay. Without consistent wages, we cannot retain the best maids to clean for you. Thus, respecting our procedure for reschedules helps ensure you will get the best house cleaning service possible.

How shall I pay for my house cleaning?

You may pay by cash, check or credit card. Payment is due at time of service. If you do not intend to be at home at the time of your maid service visit you may choose to either leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter the morning of your house cleaning. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will keep your credit card information on file at the office and charge your card once each house cleaning is completed. A fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

Should I tip my cleaners?

Tips for our cleaners are not required. However, tipping the crew never hurts! If you do wish to leave a tip, please place it on the kitchen counter or add it on the online payment system. 100% tips go to our cleaners.
